To add to the topic, when I turned down my stock rotors I simply used a cutoff wheel on an angle grinder to chop the hat off as close to the "hub" flange as I could. I then took the hub to work and used the brake lathe to smooth out the back of the hub, worked amazing. Didn't take long to cut through with the grinder at all

Well I just tried to mock up my set last night and something is WAY off. I can't even fit the abutment between the rotor and the bracket. it's like the abutment needs to be exactly where the bracket is currently. I've got an email in to Ed, we'll see how long it takes to get any kind of response.
