Lateral G's?
« on: June 12, 2013, 10:09:55 PM »
How many g's can an S10 pull on a skidpad? I know in stock form a ZQ8 truck can do .84. SRT10s and Lightnings do a little better than that. Using some g-tech ipone app it said I pulled .91, not sure how accurate that really is though.

I have a g-tech thingy but I've never tried it out.  I imagine you could pull some decent numbers with good tires.

yeah, I believe the zq8 did 0.84 g's on the crappy goodyear 235/55r16 tires.  I'd imagine just changing to some really good tires would put you close to 0.9
