I never knew about anything like this, or thought about it.
Allows you to use your stock brake pedal setup and use a pushrod to a bellcrank that has the balance bar on it.
Super easy and the S2k one looks like it even uses the stock booster bolt holes.
If I had known about this or thought of it I would not have bothered attempting to mount the pedal box in the rx7....
