  Fuse/Relay Harness
I had a question regarding creating my own Fuse/Relay plug and play harness for the quadbeam setup. I've been given 2 different fuse values for it. 30A and 10A which is correct?

A couple questions.
How many relays are there per side? Where are you getting power from? Is the fuse in question on the power to relay side OR the relay to headlamp side?
Give me some more insight on your setup and I can assist you better

Battery to relay side. there will be a total of 6 relays, one for each bulb. Why? Because that's how I want it. Power will be directly from the battery through 10 gauge wire.

That's the box I'm using. I'm going to re wire it how I want it, I've already removed all the pins so I can do it how I want.

depends on the bulb, but i think 30 would be fine

As far as power consumption of any given bulb, you need to figure that out.
The relays I would only use 30Amp Bosch-type.

Formula for current draw is : Current = Volts / Watts.

Your volts is 12 and watts will be on each bulb.

If you have a 35w fog lamp, the current draw is roughly 3amps.

Do you happen to know stock wattage on the stock 9005's and 9006's?

It would be safer to factor in ~14 volts to figure current draw as that's more realistic to what you'd be seeing while the alternator is turning.

true. thats the whole point in doing the relays is to get 14 instead of 12 to the bulbs.

For reference for me. Feel free to make changes if you see something wrong.

9006 -> 55w -> 55/14=3.93 10A Fuse
9005 -> 65w -> 65/14=4.64 10A Fuse
880 -> 27w -> 27/14=1.93 5A Fuse

880, 884, 885, 890, 892, 893, 899 all have the same base, just different wattages.

For future reference- You must get rid of the DRL's so that the Low Beams are not on at all times when the DRL's (High Beams) are on.

Apparently my wiring diagram was wrong. I need to make some changes and check to see if I did them right.
