Anyone know how the fullsizes mount their ECUs?

I should be mounting it in the cab on pass side interior firewall

The actual mount looks very similar to the S Trucks.  It just has that big shield since it appears to be in a splash zone.

ah okay, upon closer look i see a slider/rail looking thing.

i suppose I'll look into making a similar shape out of metal and perhaps line it with rubber for vibration?

I know how that goes, you get a list in your head of three things you really need to remember to do, and forget the first reason to put it under the hood to begin with.
