2013 was just a mad year.

Tell me about it!  ;)

I'm still digging myself out of my house sale and move back in October.  Lots of opportunities on the horizon for work and fun, but no idea where it is all going to land at the moment.

Yeah, between work and my small business, there just isn't a lot of time for my truck most days, it sucks. I've been thinking about going back to school too...

If we're just shooting the crap here how about opinions on shocks for my firebird?  I'm thinking of going with the Bilstein's SLP has valved for the 4th gen f-bodies.  The car is a summer daily driver but may auto-x or track once in a while.  It's not a WS6 car.
03 Sonoma ECSB, 4.3 auto, bolt-ons, xtreme80 tune, ZQ8 steering box, QA1 coilovers and rear shocks, UB Machine UCAs, Spohn LCAs, tall balljoints, ZO6 wheels, race seats.

I always seem to end up with Bilsteins after looking around at the alternatives even for my Audi.  For a driver/cruiser I don't think you can beat factory tuned Bilsteins like the SLP shocks.

Speaking of I just picked up a pair of rear ZQ8 Bilsteins from the junkyard $5 each.  I should start a quick thread for the Isuzu I've been driving and putting parts on lately including that deal.

i really fell for the isuzu nose, for no apparent reason either. I've been talking with my old lady about starting a second gen as soon as I finish my first gen, an extended cab that will get a quad cab bed, and an isuzu nose.

I love the bilsteins, every vehicle I've had has ended up with bilsteins on it, I always end up going back to them. My silverado will be in need of shocks soon, so I've been trying to find a good bilstein for it, but it appears I'll either have to VERY custom, or get stuck with something else.
